Dr McConkey leads a warm and welcoming office staff at her two vision offices located in Nottingham and Jarrettsville, MD. Upon another patient’s recommendation, I brought my troubling dry eye condition to Dr. McConkey to solve. Dr. McConkey used various tests using state-of-the-art technology to determine the extent of my dry eye and underlying root causes. Dr. McConkey treated me with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) that was so successful that she was able perform a gland extraction of oils under my eyelids. I was also thrilled to be fitted with comfortable scleral contact lenses that improved my vision.
