She is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering accurate and efficient work. After completing her Healthcare Virtual Assistant training with Hello Rache, she gained experience in prior authorizations and insurance verification. She will be working behind the scenes to ensure patients receive the necessary drug coverage.

Outside of work, Elyssa is a wife and proud mother. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, exploring coffee shops and restaurants, and creating meaningful memories with her loved ones!
