Patient Care Specialist

Crystal joined the McConkey Eye Care Team in January of 2025. She works closely with patients in clinic and behind the scenes helping get your prescriptions covered. She is the face of our front desk and you will likely talk to her on the phone when scheduling your appointment. Her background as a medical assistant provides her with experience that rounds out our team.

When not working she enjoys spending time with her Husband, two girls, and dog. She also loves watching old classic movies.
